clean lobby peaceful pool inefficient desk stuffy comforters
The restaurant staff were amazing and cute. They attended to all my dietary needs with genuine effort. The lobby was clean and the breakfast area was well-kept. The pool area was like a garden and a peaceful escape.
I found the concierge and check-in desk to be a bit inefficient. Requests I made were sometimes not followed up. The comforters made me itchy and had a stuffy smell.

spacious bathroom large desk efficient air conditioning worn equipment limited seating slow service
The room included a spacious bathroom with a separate shower and tub. A LARGE desk offered ample space for working. The air conditioning worked efficiently, maintaining a comfortable temperature. I appreciated the convenient location of electrical outlets near the bedside.
Limited seating was available in the lobby during peak hours. The ice machine on my floor was out of service THROUGHOUT my stay. I experienced slow service at the front desk during check-in.

The room included a well-stocked fridge. Multiple TV channels were available. The bathroom had beautiful tiles. It also featured a bathtub.
The reception staff were not especially friendly.

Excellent Location and Service
fresh fruits kind service convenient access birthday decoration
The breakfast had an very nice variety of fresh tropical fruits. I remember they had fresh mango every morning. The concierge service helped me a lot. They were always kind. The location is perfect and close to the train. I had super convenient access. The staff surprised me by decorating the room with a birthday theme and cake.
The sitting areas around the pool were not very clean. That was really the only thing.

The breakfast spread included both Rossini's and a buffet. I alternated between them, as both were included with my status. The spread was very nice, and it included fresh tropical fruit. I really enjoyed that.

The hotel is directly connected by skywalk to both the BTS and MRT. It really is unbeatable. I still walked miles each day exploring the area. I found many spots nearby for a quick foot massage. I appreciated this so much.
